- +Quick, simple installation, with owners reporting setups from about five to thirty minutes when replacing an old Rain Bird or Rachio
- +Intuitive app with cloud-stored schedules that automatically skip watering when it rains
- +Customer support is repeatedly praised, with owners citing same-day email replies and a free replacement for a faulty unit
- +Strong value: owners note it's cheaper than comparable smart controllers, with no extra fees for cloud service
Cons
- −No physical controls on the unit; everything runs through the phone app, and a few owners wish for on-device buttons
- −One owner's unit turned out faulty and had to be replaced (support sent a new one free)
- −A couple of owners want better diagnostics and a more intuitive custom-schedule screen
- −The small wiring buttons take a firm push to seat the wires
