Use License

Product rankings and scores represent our analysis and opinions and should not be considered professional advice.

Product rankings are generated through algorithmic scoring that aggregates publicly available data including customer reviews, pricing information, and market analysis. Rankings are not based on hands-on testing or expert evaluation.

Limitations

In no event shall theRANKS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on theRANKS, even if theRANKS or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Affiliate Disclosure

theRANKS participates in various affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn commissions on products purchased through our links to retailer sites. Our affiliate relationships do not influence our product rankings or editorial content.

Intellectual Property

All content on theRANKS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, scoring algorithms, and data compilations, is the property of theRANKS and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Ranking Methodology

Product rankings on theRANKS are generated through algorithmic scoring that aggregates publicly available data including customer reviews, pricing information, and market analysis. Rankings are not based on hands-on testing or expert evaluation. Our scoring system analyzes products across five dimensions: demand, trust, value, quality, and durability. Rankings may change as new data becomes available.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of theRANKS shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at hello@theranks.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Modifications

theRANKS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of theRANKS after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to theRANKS immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
